                Late Shri. Shamaro Patil Yadravkar laid foundation of this bank in 1994. Reserve Bank of India issued banking license in 1995. The bank is established to improve the lifestyle of the residents in Kolhapur and  Sangli district by availing loans at affordable prices, inculcating savings habits. Through the network of 5 branches located at strategically important locations serves a large no of populations located in wide area. Being oriented towards technology, Bank developed own banking software in 2004 and integration in Core Banking System in 2015. This opened a new arena of digital banking, helping easy and instant money transfer and customer service. Surpassing 100 Cr deposits in FY 20-21 marked a new milestone in the history. Yadrav Bank is marching towards total business 200 Cr by the end of FY21-22 with smoother banking experience for all types of customers.
