1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our other platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions mentioned and are thereby legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Bank.

2. Eligibility

To access our Banks website and other online applications, you must be major by age and attained at least 18 years of age to use our banking services unless otherwise permitted by law. You also confirm that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. Account Responsibility

You , as customer, own the sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, credentials and for all activities regarding your account. You are directed to notify the Bank immediately in case of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Services Offered by Bank

The Bank offers a variety of services including:

Savings & Current Accounts
Fixed and Recurring Deposits
Loan Services
Mobile and Internet Banking

The use of above financial services are governed by separate set of terms and conditions and may not be included and limited to the terms mentioned herein.

5. Internet and Mobile Banking

Use of internet and mobile banking is granted to registered customers only.
Customer must carry out transactions securely; the Bank will not be responsible for customer negligence.
Do not share OTPs, passwords, or account details with anyone.
Customer alone is responsible for the transactions initiated through mobile banking and internet banking.

6. Fees and Charges

Applicable fees, interest rates, and service charges will be clearly communicated on the Bank’s website and/or through official communication. These are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the Bank or as per regulatory requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Bank will make all possible efforts to ensure the availability and functionality of its services although Bank is not responsible for any interruption, data loss, or damages arising from service failure or delays and not liable to compensate any monitory or non-monitory losses incurred.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Bank’s services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
Violate any applicable laws of the land or regulations and directions issued by various regulatory bodies from time to time.
Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
Use of financial and nonfinancial platforms of our Bank for illicit purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bank’s platforms-including logos, trademarks, design, and contents therein -is the intellectual property of Yadrav Co-Operative Bank Limited, Yadrav and the logos, trademarks, designs, images, contents or parts thereof cannot be copied, reused, represented, recreated directly or indirectly without prior written permission.

10. Amendments

The Bank reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any point of time without intimation to specific individual or public in common. The updates will be published on the Bank’s official website. Continued usage or view of such changes implies acceptance of updated terms and conditions .

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
